We are looking for a future: Senior Property Manager Mission The property manager is responsible for the management of the entire real estate portfolio, ensuring the economic performance of the spaces. He/She drives and improves the KPIs of the park (efficiency rate, occupancy rate), optimizes costs, ensures responsiveness to requests, and implements a continuous improvement of processes and tools to offer top-notch service and experience. Job Description - Ensure the management of spaces, the selection of tenants, as well as the management of leases and properties, while optimizing occupancy rates and revenues. - Serve as a central interface between tenants and internal stakeholders. - Drive financial performance through key monitoring and ensure regular reporting. - Analyze the market and tenant needs to adapt the positioning of the real estate park. - Supervise the quality of infrastructure and coordinate technical projects to guarantee functional spaces. - Actively contribute to development and real estate projects. Profile Required - Holder of a federal diploma in property management with at least 10 years of similar experience. - Ability to define, track, and analyze real estate performance indicators. - In-depth and updated knowledge of cost estimation for construction, maintenance, and operations. - Excellent command of lease law and experience in both landlord and tenant sides of leases. - Very good knowledge of the real estate market in the Lake Geneva region and ability to establish benchmarks to ensure competitiveness. - Proven experience in business-oriented real estate promotion. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in French (native) and English (level C1). - Proficiency in MS Office tools. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with various stakeholders. - Proactive, oriented towards results.
