(H/F) JOB DESCRIPTION A meaningful mission, at the heart of EMS X as a nursing assistant, you will undertake occasional or planned missions within socio-medical establishments in the canton of Geneva alongside a multidisciplinary team, playing a key role in the overall care of residents. You will provide nursing care and support independently and benevolently, under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable communication to guarantee continuity of care. Flexible hours (continuous, split, night, weekends, and holidays) for a rhythmic, human activity, you are a nursing assistant with at least one year of successful experience, with first experience in EMS X being a real plus. Sensitive to the well-being of residents, you place the human aspect at the heart of your work. Calm, responsive, and capable of managing complex situations with composure, you demonstrate professionalism.
