For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Home Care Assistant (m/f). As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: - Proposing personalized care according to needs; - Ensuring an autonomous care tour within a limited geographical area; - Ensuring traceability of care and essential actions for the person's care; - Participating in the person's needs to establish a precise care plan; - Working as part of a multidisciplinary team; What we offer you: - A reference structure specialized in home care, placing particular importance on quality of care and proximity; - Care tour within a limited geographical area, by bike, car, or on foot; - Full day, evening, or split shifts. To succeed in this role, you stand out by the following qualities and skills: - You hold a nursing assistant diploma; - You have at least 2 years of experience as a nursing assistant; - You have successful initial experience in home care; - You have good knowledge of the healthcare network in Geneva or Switzerland; - You are organized, flexible, and adaptable; - You are comfortable with tools; - You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable biking; - You are not afraid of managing an emergency autonomously and can master your emotions; - You can demonstrate great ease and discretion; - Your criminal record is clear.
