In order to strengthen our poolist team for various establishments in the canton of VALAIS, we are looking for several Poolists - CRS Health Aides / Care Assistants in EMS Poolists - CRS Health Aides / Care Assistants in EMS / CMS H/F MISSION DESCRIPTION In these missions as CRS Health Aides / Care Assistants in EMS, you will join our proactive team and be delegated to different socio-medical establishments (EMS). You will provide basic care (personal hygiene, assistance with meals, nursing...). Under the responsibility of a nurse, you will assist the beneficiaries in their daily activities, taking into account the support plan and their level of autonomy. Occasional missions (or long-duration). Available between 50% and 100%. PROFILE: You have a CRS Health Aide certificate of 120 hours or a Care Assistant diploma. With a sense of responsibility, your versatility and flexibility (day/evening shifts, weekends, split shifts) will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty. You are capable of putting your skills at the service of beneficiaries, families, and relatives, have very good stress management, and demonstrate a good command of both written and spoken French is required. Your team spirit is one of your assets.
