The health center Vallée de Joux is a 100% full-time fixed-term position. The Vallée de Joux health center is an institution employing 220 people in Sentier. According to an integrated care model, its missions are hospital, medico-social, and community-based. It collaborates closely with local and cantonal health and community network partners. It provides coordinated care and health services. We are looking for our EMS Alp Age, a full-time fixed-term position.Main activities:- Provide basic care to the elderly.- Manage and administer care delegated by nurses and ASSC (Auxiliary Nursing Assistants).- Welcome and take care of patients and their families.- Provide individualized basic care.- Administer technical care under supervision and monitoring.- Execute care while respecting hospital hygiene rules as well as current procedures and protocols.- Promote the maintenance of the patient's autonomy.Requirements:- Must possess a certified nursing auxiliary degree (120 hours) or an equivalent qualification.- Have experience in geriatric care and mental health.- Be willing to work night shifts and have split hours.- Work independently while demonstrating teamwork spirit.- Possess skills in kindness and show common sense.- Adopt a continuous learning approach.- Master written and spoken French as well as tools.We offer:- A pleasant working environment, in a human-sized structure.- Modern working conditions, in accordance with the CCT of Vaud.- A salary according to the scale of Vaudois Hospitals (FHV).- Excellent social benefits.- A region to discover for its beauty and outdoors.Duration of the position: from June 16 to August 16.
