Available sectors (of your choice): Hospitals and private clinics: intensive care and many other services. EMS / Retirement homes: focus on long-term care. Home care: total autonomy, case management, and close care. Your missions: Personalized support: Assist the resident in daily activities while promoting their autonomy and development through adapted social and therapeutic activities. Clinical expertise: Actively participate in the follow-up and adjustment of the care/therapeutic project to ensure effective and continuous care: Be proactive in optimizing care, the efficiency of services, and the quality of care within your team: Ensure smooth communication within the multidisciplinary team and guarantee a warm welcome as well as quality support to families and residents. Care services: Ensure continuity of care and coherence of interventions, whether in a hospital environment, in an institution, or at home. Required qualifications: Bachelor's in Nursing or equivalent title or CFC ASSC. SEFRI/Cross-Red recognition: Recognition obtained or process in progress.
