In this context, we are looking for a:Mechanical Sector ManagerYour responsibilities:Reporting to the production management, you will ensure the management of the CNC mechanical sector.- Pilot and coordinate production activities on CNC machines- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of equipment- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues- Optimize machining processes (quality, cycle time, yield)- Supervise and provide technical support to the existing teams- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes- Collaborate closely with the methods, quality, and maintenance departments- Contribute to the industrialization of new partsYour profile:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent, ideally supplemented by higher education- Confirmed experience in CNC machining in the watchmaking field, with solid technical expertise- Very good command of Bumotec and Crevoisier type machines- Excellent skills in setting up and CNC programming- Very good understanding of high-precision machining processes- Ability to effectively diagnose technical issues and propose sustainable solutions- Leadership and aptitude to supervise and develop a team- Field-oriented personality, autonomous, rigorous, and oriented towards continuous improvementWhat we offer you:- A key position within a demanding technical environment- A high-performance and modern machine park- A stable and recognized company in the watchmaking sector- Conditions in line with your experienceReady to take on this challenge?
