On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Production Manager (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:
- You will manage all production activities (assembly workshops and mechanical manufacturing)
- You will plan, organise and supervise production operations
- You will directly manage an assembly workshop and oversee others via workshop managers
- You will coordinate activities with planning to optimise workloads and priorities
- You will ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, costs and safety
- You will monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions
- You will optimise production flows and processes with a continuous improvement approach
- You will participate in management committees and contribute to strategic decisions
- You will ensure coordination between different departments (technical, purchasing, logistics)
- You will develop team skills and structure the organisation of the workshops
Your profile:
- You hold a technical qualification (ES, HES or equivalent)
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
- You have proven experience in managing production teams
- You have good knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and/or assembly
- You master production planning and management
- You have knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean, 5S)
- You are comfortable in an SME environment, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
- You demonstrate leadership and know how to unite teams
- You are organised, rigorous and solution-oriented
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
