Multi-Technical FM Sector Manager
Your mission
Within the framework of a multi-technical Facility Management contract, reporting to the Site Manager and in collaboration with sector managers, you oversee multi-technical projects up to 100KCHF, from study and sizing to the acceptance of works and commissioning of installations. You support the technical teams in achieving quality, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Ensure daily client relations and guarantee a high level of service quality.
- Develop technical offers for replacements, repairs or improvements of multi-technical installations: technical solution research, supplier consultations, order and supply follow-up,
- Plan, coordinate and monitor works and services performed until their acceptance,
- Manage subcontracting contract tenders: drafting specifications, consultations and variant research, and analysis of received proposals.
- Manage strategic stocks: supply of spare parts (consumables) necessary for the operation of various sites and critical parts.
- Coordinate the provision of specific equipment such as aerial work platforms, lifting equipment or special materials necessary for the operation of various sites.
- Participate in audits and the drafting of technical reports,
- Provide regular reporting to the client and management,
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and legal conformity (CFST directive 6508),
- Participate in the on-call service according to the established organisation,
- Support or replace an HVAC sector manager as operational needs require.
Your profile
- Higher diploma in Facility Management, property management or building technical management,
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar multi-technical FM role,
- Good understanding of building technical installations; knowledge of HVAC is a real asset.
- Very good command of common IT tools and CMMS software,
- Service-oriented, client-focused with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills,
- Analytical mind, rigour, autonomy and team spirit.
