It offers a flexible work environment that promotes a balance between professional and private life and conditions that encourage the development of skills as well as the sharing of knowledge and experience.Executive Assistant to the Legal Affairs Department at 50% on a 4-month fixed-term contractMissions and responsibilities- Ensure the administrative management of the Legal Affairs Department (SAJ)- Provide support to members of the Legal Affairs Department and monitor files as well as their physical and digital maintenance from receipt to archiving, including referencing- Take charge of certain aspects of legal files autonomously, under the supervision of legal advisors- Assume the follow-up of the service (telephone reception, organization of meetings, agendas, internal procedures, drafting of draft letters and documents with legal content (emails, letters, minutes, memos, lists of documents, etc.) and updating documents such as drafts, tables, PPT according to the needs of the departmentProfile- Commercial employee diploma or equivalent, a specialization in legal studies would be an asset- Executive assistant training- At least 5 years of professional experience as an executive assistant with a jurisdiction, a criminal prosecution authority, a legal department, or a law firm- Knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network and/or the Geneva judicial system would be an asset- Interpersonal skills and flexibility are essential qualities for this position- Ability to work autonomously, taste for precision, excellent writing skills and proven skills in spelling and perfect mastery of the main common office tools, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint- Team spirit, discretion, ability to work in a multidisciplinary manner- Great capacity for organization and taking initiatives to manage a significant workload within sometimes tight deadlinesWhat we offerAt IMAD, we believe that diversity is a strength.
