On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for an IT Support Technician (M/F). Your future responsibilities:You will install, configure, and prepare workstations (PCs, screens, printers, peripherals). You will provide support for incidents and software. You will manage accounts, access, and rights (onboarding/offboarding). You will ensure maintenance and monitoring of the equipment, collaborate with external IT during interventions, participate in internal IT projects, and contribute to the IT on-call service according to the defined conditions.You hold a vocational diploma or an equivalent title, have a good knowledge of technologies, and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an environment. You have excellent knowledge of Windows environments and networks, are fluent in French, and have a good understanding of English.
