Your main missions are as follows:- Define the global strategy of the health-social system which must allow for a better understanding of the health needs of users and to create/consolidate links between the health and social sectors to develop common and adapted responses;- Proceed with the structuring of the service, its organization, and the deployment of the units that will compose it and the services that will be delivered initially, namely:- Prevention and support, whose mission is to support field teams in the accompaniment of complex situations, whose assessed level of danger defines the methods of care.- Insertion and health-social, which offers expertise in the field of health to teams to support beneficiaries, develops links with health professionals, and provides individual support towards social insertion for beneficiaries in their health journey.- Health (transfer planned from the Resources Service), which ensures the management and monitoring of the asylum health network (RSA), ensures the coverage of Amig beneficiaries under the LAMal and the proper granting of LAMal reimbursement costs, supervision of dental costs, and monitoring of accident files.- Work in close collaboration with the AMIG and ASOC functions, as well as with external partners in the sector, in order to develop efficient processes favoring the adapted accompaniment of Hg beneficiaries in their health journey;- Promote the autonomy and accountability of unit managers and their teams while ensuring the quality of business processes and contributing to risk management;- Collaborate and contribute to the resizing of the Resources Service, some entities and missions of which will be transferred to the Health-Social Service, and ensure the accompaniment of the change;- Manage the new Health-Social Service.Your main activities- Create and structure the health-social service;- Define the global strategy of the health-social system and implement it;- Develop management tools, dashboards, and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the system and support decision-making;- Develop visibility on the services provided by the service;- Supervise, motivate, and support unit managers and their teams;- Ensure coordination and transversality between units and internal and external partners;- Manage the budget and administration of the service;- Participate in the design and implementation of new projects;- Represent the institution before partners and bodies related to your scope;- Replace the Deputy Director during her absences on all matters.Profile- HES, university, or recognized equivalent Bachelor's degree, supplemented by a certification in management;- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a position with managerial responsibility in a company with a social vocation;- Experience as an expert or generalist in the health field;- Knowledge of the health system and social insertion of HG beneficiaries;- Good knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary network and its solutions;- Good understanding of the Geneva legal and regulatory framework as well as the social assistance system;- Proactive, possessing analytical and synthesis skills;- Excellent communication skills as well as strong leadership.Additional informationWe offer you- An open and respectful corporate culture;- Continuous skills development thanks to a training policy;- Career development and internal mobility opportunities;- Real solutions to promote a work-life balance;- Numerous cultural and sporting activities to experience collectively within the institution.Activity rate: 100%Contract type: Permanent contractFunction class: 23Start date: As soon as possibleApplication deadline: Our recruitment processIt takes place in several phases depending on the type of position, where each step conditions the next: analysis of the application, telephone interview, recruitment interviews with management and human resources, and if necessary, professional test and/or assessment type for management positions and certain specialized positions.Does this position interest you?The recruitment service of Hospice général looks forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, diploma, and work certificates).
