As part of our development, we are looking for a:
Facility Services Manager
for the Vaud, Fribourg and Valais region
Your mission:
- You are responsible for the proper conduct of Facility Services operations at your clients
- You implement the strategy and set objectives
- You are the partner and main contact for your clients
- You are responsible for budget monitoring and compliance
- You are responsible for client satisfaction and the quality of services provided
- You manage and lead multi-activity operational teams on a daily basis
- You monitor performance and analyse KPIs
- You ensure compliance with HSE rules
- You constantly seek to optimise service quality by implementing necessary actions
- You are proactive and consistently seek to anticipate your clients’ needs
Your profile:
- You have initial or continuing education in Facility Management (FM), building technology (HES, MAS), higher education in hospitality (hotel school) or similar fields
- Initial or continuing education in a technical field is an asset
- Proven management and professional skills, ideally in the service sector
- Experience in Facility Management, Facility Services or a similar field; experience in the health sector and/or GMP environment is a major asset
- Good technical knowledge
- Autonomous, proactive and structured working method, with good analytical skills
- Stress-resistant personality, able to set priorities correctly
- Team spirit and ability to motivate others
- Appropriate and convincing presentation
- Very good IT skills
- English: good written and oral comprehension
- Category B driving licence
