For our Home Help and Care Service in Estavayer-le-Lac, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a

Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)

Desired profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
• With proven professional experience in the field of home care and support.
• Comfortable performing basic care, household help and family assistance.
• Able to apply professional skills with discernment and adapt them to encountered situations.
• Possessing excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Proactive, with a strong interest in the continuous improvement of service quality.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Flexible and available for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Holder of a driving licence and owning a personal vehicle.

Main duties

• Participate in the implementation of the clients’ medico-social care plan, respecting their autonomy, needs and life choices.
• Provide delegated medical care, basic care, household help and family assistance.
• Work closely with various professionals involved to ensure comprehensive, coordinated and quality care.
• Contribute to clients’ home maintenance and well-being by promoting their autonomy and quality of life.
