Deployed across several sites, the Institution of Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a residential department for adults with disabilities, intellectual impairments or physical issues, a specialised school, and a socio-professional department.

To strengthen our team at our Lavigny site, we are looking for a:



SOCIOPROFESSIONAL MASTER MANAGER IN HOTEL SERVICES AND HOUSEKEEPING (90%)



The socio-professional department of our institution is a partner of the FORJAD programme, initiated by the Canton of Vaud, which enables young adults to obtain a certified qualification (AFP/CFC) while developing their professional skills.

Your mission

You support young adults in their training journey by imparting the technical and professional skills of the housekeeping manager profession. On a daily basis, you contribute to their development while ensuring quality services within our institution.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Housekeeping workshop, ensuring the progressive acquisition of skills according to AFP/CFC training plans.
  • Train, support and assess interns and apprentices in their professional development.
  • Coordinate and monitor the learning carried out in the various sectors of the institution, in close collaboration with other vocational trainers.
  • Plan, organise and participate in the daily maintenance activities of the department's premises.
  • Ensure the quality of housekeeping services as well as compliance with hygiene, safety and organisational standards.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to promote the success of trainees and the smooth running of the department.

Your profile

You enjoy sharing your expertise and supporting young adults in their professional development. Organised, autonomous and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to combine professional demands with compassionate support.

You hold:

  • A CFC in housekeeping management, with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally complemented by a federal diploma;
  • A socio-professional master’s diploma (MSP);
  • A corporate trainer certification (FEE).

You also have:

  • Strong organisational, adaptability and autonomy skills;
  • An excellent sense of responsibility and planning;
  • Good pedagogical, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ease working in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Good writing skills and excellent command of common IT tools;
  • A valid driving licence (category B) and a vehicle.
