Head Chef Your tasks will include: Leading the kitchen team of six and organizing the work to ensure smooth and efficient production. Ensuring very high customer satisfaction and high quality of the prepared dishes, creating daily menus, catering menus, special menus, and various offers, and managing orders from various suppliers. Participating in the production of hot & cold cuisine, as well as meal distribution. Collaborating closely with other sectors of the company (butchery, grocery, controlling and respecting standards). You should be a Sous-Chef or Head Chef with experience. If you hold a Federal Certificate of Competence as a chef, it is a plus. Rigorous and uncompromising on quality. Caring, optimistic, curious, and open-minded, your flexibility allows you to easily adapt to challenges. You know how to lead, guide, and motivate a team. Proactive and methodical, you know how to manage resources and prioritize.
