Chef (H/F) The Manoir de St-Prex, located in an idyllic setting in the heart of St-Prex, is looking for its future Chef to take over the complete management of its kitchen. Position: Chef Type of – start date is May 1st Work rate: 100% over 4 days (Occasional flexibility for management, orders, and position) You will be responsible for the overall kitchen for the Café du Manoir, with a careful bistronomic/brasserie approach, closely linked to responsibilities. Complete management of the menu and evolution according to the establishment's vision. Management of orders and suppliers. Monitoring of costs and margins (in accordance with service expectations and ensuring the quality of dishes). Management of a small team (1 chef de partie + 1 commis). Respect for hygiene standards and kitchen operations. Your profile: Confirmed experience as a chef for a minimum of 5 years. Strong mastery of culinary basics with a bistronomic sensitivity. Ability to manage a kitchen independently. Aptitude to adapt to the seasonality of products and work with local products. Sense of responsibility, rigor, and comfort with cost and profitability issues. Good team spirit and fluid dynamics. Good level of French required.
