Head Chef (M/F) - 100% Eben-Hézer Lausanne has been welcoming and supporting people with intellectual disabilities for 125 years. To complete one of our kitchen teams, we are looking for a Head Chef (M/F) at a 100% activity rate. Mission You manage the kitchen. You carry out these activities with the objective of satisfying the beneficiaries, staff, and visitors. You work in a spirit of quality, efficiency, and kindness. You achieve the objectives assigned to you in terms of budget, hygiene, nutritional balance, and the production of healthy, balanced food suitable for the beneficiaries. You supervise with respect the trainees and integrated workers. You organize and control the work of the kitchen team while developing a team spirit. You ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the kitchen and facilities. You perform tasks while seeking the best value for money. You respect and enforce safety regulations. Desired Profile A chef's diploma is essential. Experience in dietary or nutrition is an asset. Proven experience in managing a team. Knowledge of HACCP standards. Proven organizational and management skills. Resilience and manual dexterity. Good command of the French language, both written and spoken. Interest in the social field and comfort in contact with people with disabilities.
