As a true guarantor of service quality as well as the customer experience, you will ensure compliance with budgetary commitments, while accompanying your teams towards ambitious objectives, without compromising on service quality. In close collaboration with site managers and support teams, you will supervise daily activities, the application of internal standards and procedures, as well as projects related to the development and optimization of concepts. Close to the field and endowed with an excellent sense of service, you will know how to create a positive dynamic among your teams while maintaining quality relationships with your various partners.Profile SoughtHolder of a higher education degree in hospitality professions, you have confirmed experience of at least X years as an F&B Manager. You master the human and financial challenges linked to this type of multi-site environment. The local economic fabric is perfectly familiar to you, and you are comfortable with the analysis of P&L, reporting, and monitoring performance indicators. Endowed with leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your ability to unite, structure, and develop teams with high standards and benevolence. Organized, autonomous, flexible, and field-oriented, you like to take up challenges and propose innovative solutions adapted to operational realities. You master standard tools and are able to express yourself fluently in French; proficiency in English is an asset.
