As Department Manager, you will supervise a team of 20 to 30 employees. You will optimise the resources of your sector and develop commercial activities, while maintaining a positive and professional working environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of 30 employees with the help of sector managers.
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources (planning management) according to customer flow.
• Develop and implement long-term action plans.
• Offer a warm welcome and professional service to your customers.
• Manage merchandise flows, from arrival to sale.
• Oversee inventories, control waste, and ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
• Energise the department with commercial initiatives.

Profile sought:

• Hands-on manager with proven experience managing teams of more than 10 people.
• Significant experience in commerce and sales involving large volumes. Experience in the food sector is an asset.
• You demonstrate dynamism, open-mindedness, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
