Description

The Quality Manager for Diagnostic Imaging Department (60% - 80%) will play a key role in the implementation and monitoring of quality projects and actions within the Diagnostic Imaging unit of Affidea Switzerland and will report to the Country Quality Manager of Affidea Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities

· Monitoring the quality management system in the various centres, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Affidea Group internal guidelines.

· Management of internal documents

· Good understanding of issues related to diagnostic medical imaging

· Organisation and monitoring of internal and external audits as well as certification processes (e.g. ISO 9001:2015).

· Collection, analysis and monitoring of quality indicators, focusing on patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of actions taken.

· Incident analysis and development of targeted action plans to prevent and resolve encountered issues.

· Management of preventive and corrective measures, in consultation with process managers.

· Advising and supporting centre staff on all matters related to quality management and continuous improvement.

· Support to centres in complaint management

· Coordination of data collection for annual ESG reports

· Experience in the field of diagnostic medical imaging

· Knowledge of processes related to medical imaging centres (MRI, CT, conventional radiology, mammography, etc.)


· Graduate from a University of Applied Sciences or university degree with additional training in quality management or willing to undertake it

· Experience in diagnostic medical imaging or a similar clinical environment

· Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail, organisation, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of processes related to medical imaging centres (MRI, CT, conventional radiology, mammography, etc.)

. Medical radiology technicians (MRT) wishing to move into quality roles are encouraged to apply

Language Skills
