Job Description

• Maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements
• Posting entries, monitoring accounts, updating the chart of accounts and cost centres
• Responsible for invoicing
• Monitoring debtors, creditors and payments
• Managing collections
• Preparing VAT returns and annual reconciliations
• Various reconciliations (accounts, banks, projects, etc.)
• Preparing monthly and annual closings
• Conducting the annual audit of accounts
• Contributing to the preparation of financial reports
• Ensuring the application and compliance with the Internal Control System (ICS)
• Contributing to initiatives for modernising tools and processes

Profile sought

• Holder of a federal diploma in finance/accounting or equivalent
• Proficient with IT tools, especially Excel and an ERP (Odoo is a plus)
• Good knowledge of IPSAS standards and/or experience in property management accounting is an asset
• Ability to work independently, with proactivity and initiative
• Organisational skills, accuracy and reliability in task execution
• Stress resistance, meeting deadlines
• Languages: fluent French and very good English skills, minimum B2
