Job description:

• Complete accounting management of a portfolio of condominiums (mainly), isolated lots and rental properties
• Account control and preparation of closings, in collaboration with managers and respecting deadlines
• Preparation and sending of tax documents to co-owners
• Preparation of financial statements for properties managed with separate treasury
• Preparation of heating/hot water and ancillary charges statements for the portfolio properties
• Preparation of budgets and other accounting reports
• Preparation of VAT statements
• Payment of available funds to clients according to agreed deadlines and based on budgets and/or available liquidity
• Management of liquidity accounts and reconciliation
• Complete accounting processing during mandate takeovers or losses
• Contacts with tenants, co-owners and owners, drafting correspondence
• Carrying out various administrative or accounting tasks inherent to the service activity

Your profile:

• Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• At least 5 years of experience in a real estate agency as a
  Real Estate Accountant
• Good stress resistance and priority management
• Precise and meticulous
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent command of IT tools, knowledge of Quorum is an asset
• Comfortable with management and reporting tools
• Fluent in French, good knowledge of English and some German, an asset
• Motivated to join a close-knit and competent team
• Ready to take on a challenge with the idea of committing long-term
