Description
ab ingénieurs sa is an engineering firm active in civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering, with a team of around 80 employees spread across three sites in French-speaking Switzerland. Due to the retirement of our current incumbent, we are looking for a qualified accountant to join our administrative team.
Your responsibilities
General accounting
- Entry and allocation of accounting entries
- Management of debtor and creditor accounts
- Bank reconciliations and preparation of payments
- Client invoicing as cover during absences
- Participation in annual closings with the fiduciary
VAT
- Preparation and review of VAT returns
- Monitoring exchanges with the Federal Tax Administration (FTA)
Salaries and human resources
- Preparation of variable payroll elements and salary processing
- Administration of personnel files
- Routine HR tasks in collaboration with an external service provider
Your profile
- Accounting diploma, federal certificate or CFC with equivalent solid experience
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including a significant part acquired in Switzerland
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of MCR software: a valued asset
- Autonomy, rigour, sense of responsibility and professional discretion
