What you accomplish

• You manage the daily operation of the buildings. You coordinate maintenance, security and cleanliness with the support teams. You keep the sites reliable, safe and well maintained day by day.
• You define the real estate asset strategy. You set concrete action plans. You monitor priorities, deadlines and investments to strengthen the portfolio’s value.
• You manage budgets, costs and rents. You track expenses, indexations and lease deadlines. You seek the right levers to improve profitability accurately.
• You negotiate leases, amendments and contract-related exchanges. You liaise with landlords, tenants and subtenants. You defend Migros Geneva’s interests with confidence and composure.
• You prepare and monitor renovation projects. You work with internal teams and external partners. You advance the work with method, energy and a sense of priorities.
• You represent Migros Geneva with property managers, traders, authorities and co-owners. You build strong relationships. You circulate information and move files forward in the right direction.

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: or equivalent diploma in the real estate field.
• Professional experience: 5 years of experience in property management
• You master property management in all its breadth. You understand leases, budgets, technical issues and partner relations. You proceed with method, perspective and vision.
• You negotiate with clarity and impact. You listen, analyse and find useful agreements. You know how to defend a position, ease tensions and advance a file tactfully.
• You move from the field to strategy without losing track. You organise, prioritise and coordinate several topics at once. Even under pressure, you keep a clear course.
