We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to ensure the operational, administrative and relational management of several commercial buildings. You will ensure the proper functioning of the buildings, tenant satisfaction and the enhancement of the real estate assets.

Main responsibilities:
Ensure the marketing of available spaces and lead negotiations with potential tenants until lease agreements are concluded.
Draft and prepare lease contracts, manage the administrative follow-up of tenant files as well as the management of security deposits.
Control rent and charge collections, monitor unpaid rents and coordinate dispute resolution in collaboration with the relevant parties.
Manage a portfolio of commercial buildings on a daily basis in close collaboration with the Facility Management (FM) team.
Be the primary contact for current and future tenants, respond to their requests and ensure their satisfaction.
Conduct regular visits and inspections of buildings and rental spaces to ensure their good condition and identify intervention needs.
Participate in the management and monitoring of service contracts as well as the control of operating budgets.
Ensure administrative follow-up related to the occupation of premises, tenant movements and contractual relations with tenants.
Prepare activity reports, performance analyses and recommendations for management or owners.
Contribute to the enhancement of the real estate assets by proposing measures aimed at optimising occupancy rates and asset profitability.
Profile sought:
Property manager certificate or training in real estate or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in property management, ideally of commercial buildings.
Good technical knowledge of buildings and installations.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage several files simultaneously and to solve problems proactively.
Proficiency in common IT tools.
Service-oriented, autonomous and rigorous.
