MISSION DESCRIPTION
EXPECTED PROFILE

- Ensure the technical and operational management of a multi-site property portfolio
- Supervise and coordinate a concierge team
- Assess the maintenance, renovation and upkeep needs of the buildings
- Prepare budgets related to works and ensure their monitoring
- Plan and supervise technical interventions and maintenance services
- Coordinate external companies and guarantee the quality of services performed
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and safety standards
- Contribute to energy performance and sustainability objectives of the buildings
- Collaborate with various internal partners within the framework of renovation, sanitation or transformation projects
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in the building sector or equivalent training
- Diploma of ES Technician in building, Federal Certificate of technical manager or similar training
- With proven experience in a similar role managing a technical team
- Strong project management and work monitoring skills
- Good technical knowledge of buildings (HVAC)
- Awareness of issues related to the preservation of built heritage and sustainable development
- Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities
- Good interpersonal skills, natural leadership and team spirit
- Driving licence, clean criminal record
- Available quickly for a long-term assignment with a progression to a permanent position
