We are looking for our client in the canton of Geneva for long-term temporary assignments for Social Workers (M/F).
Social Worker

Your mission:
- Individualised social support for residents and their relatives
- Assessment of the social, administrative and financial situation of beneficiaries
- Management and follow-up of administrative procedures related to the admission, stay and discharge of residents
- Information, advice and guidance towards appropriate social, legal and medico-social resources
- Coordination with the socio-health network, families, insurance companies and partner institutions
- Support in procedures related to social insurance (AHV, IV, supplementary benefits, financial aid, etc.)
- Support in complex situations or social vulnerability
- Participation in the development and monitoring of individualised support plans
- Contribution to maintaining autonomy, quality of life and social integration of residents
- Participation in interdisciplinary meetings and team reflections
- Collaboration in the continuous improvement of services and the smooth running of the establishment
- Keeping and updating administrative and social files
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally with elderly or vulnerable populations
- Knowledge of the Swiss socio-health network and social insurance
- Experience in supporting people in situations of fragility or dependency
- Mastery of administrative procedures and social aid systems
- Desired experience in administrative management of residents in nursing homes or administrative experience within a palliative care facility or similar medico-social structure
- Ability to manage complex situations with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent writing and administrative skills
- Organisational skills, autonomy and rigour
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily and in networks
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Good command of IT tools and MS Office suite
