Regional Social Action Association (ARAS) Jura-Nord vaudois brings together 73 municipalities - for a basin of approx. inhabitants - which have united to offer a unique range of services related to social affairs and the regional social center is looking, for its Joint Unit, for a:Social WorkerGeneral mission of the Joint UnitThe ORP-CSR Joint Units offer beneficiaries of the Integration Income (RI) innovative support bringing together, under one roof within the Regional Employment Offices (ORP), professional monitoring and social monitoring, provided respectively by personnel advisors and social workers. The meeting of these two professions allows RI beneficiaries to access a wider range of tools and skills. The objective is to reintegrate RI beneficiaries quickly and sustainably into the labor market for financial and social autonomy through employment.Main activities- Establish socio-professional assessments, action plans and implement professional projects- Seek interactions and promote a collective work approach- Intervene on other aspects of socio-professional integration such as household budget management, in case of family or marital difficulties, in case of health issues, advice in the search for housing- Participate in network meetings- Collaborate closely with ORP advisors to define a professional reintegration project- Participate in the management of RI files, in collaboration with managersDesired profile- Holder of a diploma from a recognized social school of the HES type (social work program or other program with a possible specific supplement) or a title deemed equivalent- Professional experience in the social field- Knowledge of social institutions and mastery of current standards regarding the granting of financial aid and socio-professional measures- Ability to develop synergies and collaborate with different services- Mastery of standard toolsEndowed with a marked interest in public service and the support of vulnerable people as well as an ethic of helping, you are also recognized for your flexibility and your autonomy.
