Description
Our company, a general building contractor working on construction and renovation sites across all trades, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the General Management in the daily management of its administrative, technical and operational activities.
You will play a key role in coordination between headquarters and field teams, ensuring proper organisation and follow-up of files.
Your main duties:
- Manage the diary, appointments and travel arrangements of the General Management;
- Maintain daily contact with site managers, foremen and design offices;
- Participate in the administrative follow-up of sites: preparation of documents, updating technical files, contract management, etc;
- Assist in the preparation of tenders and quotes in liaison with the design department and management;
- Organise coordination meetings, write minutes and ensure follow-up of decided actions;
- Handle mail, incoming calls, and welcome partners and visitors;
- Support Management in internal communication and document management (reports, dashboards, indicators, etc.).
Profile sought:
- Minimum CFC qualification in assistance, management or equivalent;
- At least 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a building company;
- Good knowledge of site operations and building technical vocabulary;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Team spirit, service orientation and communication skills;
- Ability to manage priorities, rigor and autonomy.
