Deployed across several sites, the Lavigny Institution consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a residential department for adults with disabilities, intellectual impairments or physical issues, a specialised school, and a socio-professional department.

Your mission
As a true partner of the management, you ensure the administrative, organisational and communication coordination of the department. You play a key role in monitoring activities and contribute to the quality of services offered.
Your main responsibilities

Provide executive secretarial support and administrative follow-up for the department;

Organise and coordinate conferences, draft minutes and ensure follow-up of decisions;

Manage mail, files and correspondence entrusted by management;

Handle HR administrative management for workshop staff;

Manage client invoicing and associated administrative tasks;

Work closely with the social worker and all institutional services;

Ensure respect for institutional values and the support concept for people with disabilities
Your profile
-
CFC commercial employee or equivalent training;
-
Proven experience in a similar role;

Federal diploma as executive assistant: an asset;

Excellent organisational, planning and priority management skills;
-
Discretion, rigour and sense of responsibility;

Ease in human contact, collaborative spirit and diplomacy;

Excellent writing skills and perfect command of French;
-
Very good command of common IT tools;

Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a multidisciplinary team.
