You contribute to defining the development of your department and actively participate in new business opportunities and the prospecting of new clients. Reporting to the Unit Director, you will be responsible for economic performance and have all the skills necessary to manage a project in its entirety. You are responsible for the department according to the objectives (orders, production, cash flow) and agreed upon management of business sales according to order targets (volume X incoming), analyzing the target market, creating commercial action plans, and managing a team of 15 to 25 people (project managers, project assistants, and site personnel) in accordance with the company's methods and values, in order to ensure participation in cross-company processes, technical development according to changes in the industry, and the development of the profile's skills. As a higher education professional Project Manager or Engineer (HES, EPF), or proven experience as a Project Manager, you possess experience in business management and a good understanding of the market. You have strong technical, commercial, and leadership management foundations; your supervisory skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility will be important for success in this role. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field and an excellent command of French and English, both oral and written; German would be a plus.
