The Retirement Homes of the Aigle district, including the EMS of Aigle, Bex, and Les Diablerets, is offering the position of Head of Human Resources and the Service at 80 - 100%. Currently accommodating 270 residents with 185 long and short stay beds, 28 places, and home-delivered meals, the institution plans to increase its accommodation capacity and diversify its services, notably with the construction of a new EMS X, scheduled to open in [year needed]. In this context, we are looking for a person to manage the human resources service across the three facilities we offer. In collaboration with the working teams at the sites and under the responsibility of the two Directors responsible for ensuring the mission's compliance, you will propose, anticipate, accompany, and support the implementation of projects and activities in the field of human resources. You will supervise tasks related to receptions, general administration, and accounting, and carry out all tasks linked to human resources with your team, as well as process management. You will advise and support Heads of Service in their personnel management actions and decisions, being the reference person for all relevant concerns. You will improve and adapt the various regulations and processes related to human resources, promoting them internally and applying them fairly.You will develop and harmonize professional practices and lead HR projects within the Retirement Homes of the district. You will participate in decision-making and pilot the management of human resources (HRM) and services in coherence with its values and profiles.Profile we are looking for:- Higher education in Human Resources and in company management.- 10 years of diverse experience in Swiss HR, including at least 5 years as a Service Manager with personnel management.- Ability to unite, motivate, and lead a team.- Knowledge of the professions practiced in EMS is an advantage.- Perfect mastery of the recruitment process, follow-up in project management systems, and services working interdisciplinary.- Sense of communication with ease in both oral and written form.- Strong personal effectiveness and management of priorities.- Openness to change and ability to reflect on oneself.EMS X has been offering support based on the Montessori method for the past 5 years. Its accommodation capacity is 84 residents with 6 temporary accommodation places. The institution is engaged in a project to expand the site in Bex, which will allow it to house 124 residents, 17 temporary accommodation places, and medical offices, involving 190 service providers in Bex, increasing the total number of [residents needed] to [total needed].
