As part of our work with people considered vulnerable under the law, we are looking for a cook (CFC) capable of working in a demanding and professional human environment.

The position involves direct contact with users suffering from psychiatric disorders in an open environment. As such, a recent "special" criminal record extract is required.

• sincere interest in people in difficulty.

We obviously seek all the skills expected of a cook, namely autonomy, ability to work in an organised and rigorous manner.

MAIN TASKS

• Prepare meals according to the weekly menu planning, that is: approximately 45 meals at midday, 35 in the evening, intended for users and staff, taking into account food preferences, dislikes and specific diets.

• Ensure service at the pass for clients.

• Follow and apply current procedures and protocols, including HACCP, CIVESS requirements and internal guidelines. • Place orders with suppliers, check and release them.

• Check products and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards:

• cleanliness of premises,
• respect for expiry dates,
• temperature control of fridges and freezers,
• monitoring using task planning software.

• Carry out various cleanings related to the activity according to current directives and standards.

• Use the equipment and products provided in a rational manner.

• Ensure compliance with safety instructions related to the position.
