Experienced CookLocated in an exceptional setting on the shores of Lake Geneva, Café du Manoir is looking for an experienced cook to join its team during the summer season. We offer an ideal position for an experienced person wishing to invest in quality brasserie cuisine within a recognized establishment in the region.Essential conditions:- Confirmed experience in brasserie cuisine- Fluent French- B work permit- Residence in the Morges region or nearby (Saint-Prex, Allaman, Lausanne and surroundings)- 100% availabilityThe position: You work under the supervision of the Head Chef and actively participate in the preparation and sending of dishes in compliance with the establishment's standards. The work pace is concentrated mainly on 4 days per week, with days that can be intense during the high season.
