Take part in creating a new catering benchmark in a care home!
As part of the development of our institution and the preparation for the opening of our future 123-bed care home (February 2027), we are currently looking for a committed and passionate cook who wishes to invest in a meaningful project.
At the EMS de la Sionge, we believe that cooking is much more than feeding: it is creating pleasure, awakening memories, encouraging encounters and contributing to the well-being of the people we support.

Your mission
Within a dynamic team, you will contribute to:
- Producing high-quality, tasty, generous, and passionately prepared intergenerational cuisine, where each meal is designed as a moment of pleasure and sharing.
- Demonstrating creativity to meet the needs, desires, and lifestyles of the 123 residents.
- Participating in the implementation of an innovative meal organisation by floor (collective dishes, proximity, conviviality).
- Contributing to the development of an à la carte offer for the restaurant, intended for residents, families, and visitors (potential for 80 covers).
- Preparing tasty meals adapted for children in the after-school care (AES) as well as for seniors benefiting from meals at home.
- Collaborating closely with care teams and socio-hospitality teams.
Your profile
- Passionate about gourmet, authentic, and regional cuisine.
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cook or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in catering required.
- Skills in pastry are a real asset.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and creativity.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Desire to be part of an evolving institutional project.
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment of contact with residents, families, and visitors.
