For a restaurant located in Geneva, we are looking for a passionate, creative and demanding Cook.
Your tasks:

Manage your workstation with complete autonomy

Ensure careful and consistent production in compliance with standards

Work with exceptional products with rigour and precision

Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
Profile sought:

Training in cooking (CFC, CAP/BEP or equivalent)
- 3-5 years experience in a brasserie

Great rigour, attention to detail and excellent organisation

Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment

Team spirit, dynamism and desire to progress within a house of excellence
