Job description:
Do you wish to develop in an exceptional setting, where high standards go hand in hand with culinary creativity and quality of life?
We are recruiting an experienced cook M/F to join a committed team, within a prestigious environment located in the Vallée de Joux.

In direct collaboration with the Head Chef, you play a key role in culinary production and team dynamics. Your responsibilities notably include:
  • Participating in menu development in collaboration with the Head Chef
  • Preparing a variety of dishes: hot, cold, sauces, with occasional support in pastry
  • Contributing to fine, creative, high-level cuisine, made from fresh and local products
  • Participating in plated service
  • Ability to manage large volumes within controlled time (300 to 500 covers depending on the day)
  • Replacing the Head Chef in their absence (organisation, coordination, supervision)
  • Occasional participation in specific services for VIP clients
You will work in a structure offering several menus daily, including themed offers, with a constant pursuit of quality and renewal.
Job requirements:

  • Training in cooking (CFC or equivalent minimum)
  • Proven experience in semi-gastronomic or gastronomic cooking
  • Very good mastery of culinary techniques and fresh products
  • Ability to work efficiently in volume without compromising quality
  • High autonomy with a sense of responsibility
  • Versatility, interpersonal skills and excellent presentation
  • Resident near the Vallée de Joux (Mandatory)
  • Driving licence and personal vehicle
