Recognized as a public utility, non-profit organization, it is located in Prilly on the hospital site. It is committed to supporting healthcare institutions through its expertise in digital technologies and healthcare management. Its role is to improve efficiency, quality, and digital infrastructure through solutions adapted to a diverse clientele, both in terms of the size of the structures and the professions involved. By relying on a system of quality digital services, it aims to guarantee safe and high-performance hospital care, centered on the needs of the patient. Facing the growing complexity of the system, FHVi has recently begun its own transformation to effectively meet the challenges of this complex, dynamic, and exciting field. This transformation involves, among other things, a major overhaul of the financing model. This includes a restructuring of budget management as well as the implementation of more robust financial processes. In this context, we are looking for a Contract Manager (%) for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. Desired start date: As soon as possible (ideally).Reporting to the Financial Director, at the intersection of legal, financial, and IT domains, you will optimize the IT department program and will be the guarantor of the reliability of contracts and will help the various departments achieve their objectives.Main responsibilities:Process:- Defines and guarantees the rigorous application of a coherent process, both for standard contracts and for those subject to public procurement legislation (call for tenders and public call for tenders), in compliance with thresholds, procedures in force, and the Regulations of the institution.- Implements, in collaboration with the teams, the consultation documents (RFI, RFP, RFQ).- Ensures the sourcing and selection of relevant suppliers and prepares, coordinates, and leads the phases of negotiation and defense of offers.- Develops multi-criteria analysis grids and evaluates offers on technical, functional, and commercial levels.- Conducts negotiations, whether they are direct agreements or within the formalized framework of public procurement, in close collaboration with technical experts (IT department, business management) and legal experts.- Actively contributes to the supplier selection process and the contractual formalization of agreements.Steering, performance, and spend management:- Monitoring and management of relationships with suppliers: analysis of reports, review of contracts and expenses, and steering of monitoring committees.- Definition and implementation of a strategy for the performance of contracts throughout their life cycle.- Expense analysis: collection, consolidation, and analysis of data by supplier and by category; production of summaries and monitoring of performance: production and monitoring of key indicators (KPI), regular reporting, and presentation of results to management.- Key management: active monitoring of deadlines, contractual commitments, and associated risks; alert and proposal for the renewal or steering of supplier and market risk analyses, integrated into procurement processes.- Market intelligence: continuous monitoring of market developments, technological trends, and regulatory changes impacting contracts.- Production of analyses to identify the best practices and opportunities.Profile sought:- Endowed with an open, benevolent, and solution-oriented personality, you have solid experience in a service company, ideally in an IT environment, and demonstrate a marked interest in technological and financial issues.- An excellent command of financial levers, combined with ease with numbers, allows you to effectively steer contractual performance throughout the life cycle of contracts.- You know how to interpret complex data, identify risks, and recommend relevant corrective actions.- An outstanding communicator, you interact fluidly within cross-functional teams, while ensuring a constant link with internal and external stakeholders.- You are comfortable in the facilitation of monitoring committees and negotiation with legal, finance, or IT departments.- Part-time work can be considered between 80 and 100%.Why join us?- A growing organization, oriented towards innovation and quality of service.- A pleasant and benevolent work environment, where initiative is valued.- The opportunity to contribute directly to the performance and digital transformation of healthcare.- Being sensitive to issues of diversity and gender balance, we encourage female applications. jid4eb057caen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
