Facility Services Manager 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Organise and allocate activities between internal teams and external service providers
• Manage tenders, negotiate, conclude and monitor service contracts
• Control and validate invoices in compliance with procedures and participate in budget preparation
• Coordinate Facility Management services and ensure the proper functioning of infrastructures
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to operation, maintenance and development of infrastructures
• Ensure regular reporting, facilitate information flow and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Supervise service quality, monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions

Profile

• Higher education diploma in Facility Management or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a similar role in Facility Management, technical building management or real estate
• Experience in team coordination and service provider management
• Good knowledge of building techniques and facility operation
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German
• Driving licence essential
