Responsibilities Assist the presidents of the Tribunal during hearings. Analyze cases, conduct all necessary research, especially legal, to prepare for the hearing and keep activities up to date. Update minutes of hearings and draft judicial decision projects by writing them and ensuring all legal grounds are addressed (based on notes or instructions). Make corrections made by the overseeing President of the case and ensure the accuracy of the original decision as well as manage files (mail, deadline tracking, phone calls, etc.) and conduct legal research. Provide information to the parties and their counsel, judicial instances, and any other stakeholders with a legitimate interest regarding the various procedures. Requirements: A degree in law or an equivalent university title. Several years of professional experience desired. Public service orientation and sense of responsibility. Interest in drafting judicial decisions and taking minutes. Excellent spelling, mastery of typing, rigor, precision, and discretion. Very good stress resistance.
