Your mission: The Clerk-Lawyer or Lawyer-Clerk, 10 months [class 22]. Your mission: The holder will be responsible for assisting the prosecutors of the complex affairs section in their mission by collaborating on their judicial and legal activities, including the drafting of projects, procedural acts, decisions, and legal opinions, the complete management of entrusted procedures including the holding of hearings, as well as the search for doctrine. They will also assist prosecutors during various duty periods, including weekends and holidays. Required and/or years of experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Swiss law and a certificate, preferably three years of relevant professional experience. Special skills: Ability and sense of responsibility and prioritization, strong work ethic, stress resistance, autonomy, synthesis skills, rigor, precision. Excellent writing and oral expression skills in French; knowledge of legal German is an asset. Proficiency in office tools: Mastery of standard tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
