Notably, it includes techniques such as interventional cardiology and digestive and pulmonary endoscopy, several treatments and care (biological treatments, photopheresis, and medical care), 1 center for hospital dialysis, and 3 programs. Furthermore, the medical and nursing activity is strongly dedicated to intensive care (9 care units, 160 beds) with internal consultants and consultantes benefiting from management by other medical departments.As a Clerk for Admissions in the Department of Medicine - 100%, within the Admissions and Registry Center of the Department of Medicine (CAF), you are responsible for ensuring the welcome and admission of patients according to the procedures and rules in force. You inform anyone who presents themselves at admissions and act as the guarantor of identity vigilance from a security standpoint. You manage rejections related to incomplete information and your communication skills allow you to greet everyone with excellent quality of service. You know how to act in a composed manner with a dissatisfied or nervous person. As the first contact, you embody the image of the institution through your work and ensure transportation arrangements for patients in need. Similarly, you provide personalized service to vulnerable individuals in collaboration with internal support partners such as social workers or the case management cell. Within the team, you participate in a continuity of service dynamic by taking over from your colleagues in case of absence and promoting exchange within the team. You do not hesitate to improve your activities by seeking help.More generally, you contribute to all activities aimed at improving quality standards. You possess a federal vocational certificate as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification and have a perfect command of the French language. You have knowledge of English or another language, and you master the HUG software (GRECO, DPI, DPA, etc.). You justify prior experience in a field related to reception and/or health. You have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. You can undertake and manage several tasks simultaneously, have a sense of organization and priorities, and demonstrate tact, courtesy, and a sharp sense of interpersonal relations.
