For our Geneva agency, we are looking for: A lawyer – 80%-100% Fundamental role Supervise the activities of litigation managers under their responsibility, ensure judicial activity and give instructions to carry out judicial and contentious procedures handled within missions Collaborate in the management of the service and supervise litigation managers Conduct judicial proceedings and represent property clients in court Draft legal procedural documents Supervise payment defaults and actions arising from them (TBL procedures, debt collection, and other actions) Ensure reporting and the establishment of litigation reports Provide legal advice internally and give external legal advice on specific internal themes Various desired tasks Hold a bachelor's, master's degree in law and certification, and mastery of lease law and real estate branches Confirmed experience in judicial activity Have a perfect command of the French language, excellent writing skills, and good knowledge of English and/or German (at least one with a developed sense of and impeccable behavior) Be able to work in a team and independently on cases Have a keen sense of analysis and be solution-oriented Be able to set priorities, manage conflicts, and handle stress Possess strong work capacity Be able to express oneself clearly in court, defend a legal position, and have excellent skills in tools (Word, Excel, etc.) jid87a10a8aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
