The holder of the position guarantees production quality, work, and team supervision while ensuring processes and compliance with company standards. Job Requirements: - Manage and coordinate the teams in the department - Ensure communication and coordination with the mechanical department - Monitor the performance of setters and mechanics (quantity, quality, and behavior) - Participate in creating a positive and safe working environment - Implement and improve the procedures of the department - Ensure complete management of tooling (tools and fixtures) - Optimize machining cycles - Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and fixtures by the personnel - Manage the necessary supply for the smooth functioning of the department - Ensure quality control and continuous improvement - Monitor the quality of production - Analyze rejects and implement corrective actions - Control the quality of machining after each part - Find a balance between production quality and tool quality - Manage leave requests and track absences - Ensure supervision and monitoring of department personnel - Assure the training of newcomers, interns, or staff from other departments - Ensure continuous training and skill development of the team - Inform management in case of machine breakdowns that cannot be resolved internally Desired Profile: - Proven experience in a machining or industrial production environment (Ideally watchmaking) - Experience in team management - Good sense of analysis and problem-solving - Ability to work autonomously Are you currently looking for a new professional challenge and do you recognize yourself in the established profile?
