The role is already varied and includes a part of customer contact to organize work, supervision of apprentices, as well as a part of practical work that allows for rich and rewarding professional experience, combining work in contact with customers, supervision of apprentices, and management of tasks. Diagnosis, maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of the workshop, and supervision of apprentices. Direct contact with clients: organizing work and collaborating with management to improve efficiency. Profile: CFC of automobile mechanic (or equivalent), confirmed experience in automobile mechanics, autonomous, organized, and involved. Comfortable with clients, interest in supervising apprentices and teamwork.
