On behalf of one of our clients, for a permanent position (CDI) as a Watchmaker After-Sales Manager located in Geneva, we are looking for: Watchmaker After-Sales Manager (SAV) Mission: Ensure the technical and human management of After-Sales Service (SAV) to guarantee the quality, speed, and reliability of watch repairs while respecting the brand's standards and customer expectations. Watchmaker After-Sales Manager H/F DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION Supervise teams: manage, motivate, coach a team of 16 Foster a motivating work environment. Flow management: organize the entries/exits and the distribution of work, optimize processing times, monitor KPI performance (Quality - Productivity). Technical support: be the technical reference for watchmakers, resolve complex cases, ensure the continuous skill development of the team. Ensure quality: guarantee compliance with quality processes according to our finishing criteria and specific aesthetic standards. Present KPIs and provide regular feedback (quality, productivity, incidents). Propose continuous improvement approaches (Lean, 5S, active collaboration with customer service management and the CS department). Participate in cross-functional projects (new products, field returns).
