As part of the development of our business, we wish to hire, for our headquarters in Geneva, a future Technical Manager. Job Description: Establishment of entry and exit points as well as pre-technical assessments and ensure the proper management of the portfolio of isolated lots based on the owners' instructions and management directives. Supervise and execute maintenance work, inspections, and regular visits of the isolated lots and meetings with the owners of the properties to discuss their requests by telephone. Establishment and monitoring of purchase orders and quotes. Management and follow-up of claims. Processing of offers: A diversified position within a group, working closely with an autonomous team while interacting with various stakeholders from partner companies, within a pleasant work environment and with a competitive salary. 5 weeks of vacation and then 6 weeks after 5 years of service. Flexible hours from 6:30 AM with remote work possible after the probationary period. Requirements: A solid experience as a technical manager within a property management company; knowledge of Quorum, X, and proficiency in organizational tools. Driving license required.
