We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Regional Technical Support Manager (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION Your mission: As a true field pillar, you will intervene within various subsidiaries in the cantons of Fribourg, Vaud and your role: support, guide and energize the technical teams. Main responsibilities: • Supervise and accompany a small team of technicians within each subsidiary. • Provide your technical expertise (bodywork, mechanics, sheet metal, etc.). • Advise, support, and train on the best practices and quality standards. • Coordinate intervention activities and optimize local processes. • Ensure the link between the field and management while ensuring effective communication. • Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our sites -> A key, varied position with a direct impact on the functioning of the business. Profile: • CFC in bodywork-sheet metal, automotive mechanic or equivalent. • Ideally complemented by sales experience. • French language. • Excellent command of German (min. C1). • Comfortable on the road: you enjoy traveling and appreciate days that are not the same. • Self-reliant, dynamic, solution-oriented. • Enjoys human contact, support, and skill transfer. • Desire to grow in a rapidly developing company.
