What you will accomplish:- Lead projects related to construction or industrial processes, integrating economic dimensions.- Ensure project objectives regarding quality, deadlines, and costs, while ensuring rigorous and compliant execution with internal and regulatory standards.- Contribute to Micarna's industrial development by integrating innovative technologies, optimizing existing processes, and supporting developments in a transversal manner with internal departments (production, maintenance, quality, safety) and external partners (suppliers, subcontractors) to ensure the coherence and efficiency of projects.- Manage and plan budgets and perform quality control.What you bring:- Education: Completed studies (University/VET, HES, HEP degree, or equivalent in the following fields: mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, food technology, or electrical engineering).- Professional experience: Min. 5 years of experience in managing complex industrial projects, including several in a production environment, proven experience in managing investment projects (CAPEX), subcontractor management, and budget management.- Transversal leadership, ability to unite around common goals.- Mastery of project processes and analytical capacity, responsibility awareness, rigor, and complementarity in project management and/or leadership highly desired.- French (excellent knowledge).- German (good knowledge).What we offer:- Professional insurance: Lost earnings due to illness.- Social benefits: Collective labor agreement.- Employee menus at Micarna cost between CHF 5.- and CHF 7.-.
